Got a Hotmail or MSN e-mail address? Click here before signing up!
If you are signing up to ridecount with a Hotmail e-mail address (i.e. @hotmail.com, @hotmail.co.uk, @msn.com, @msn.co.uk etc) you may find some problems receiving ridecount e-mails.
This is unfortunately due to Hotmail/MSN's tough restrictions on spam/junk e-mail, resulting in, unfortunately, some genuine e-mails being blocked.
We recommend that you sign up with another e-mail provider if possible, and avoid the use of Hotmail/MSN e-mail accounts. If you only have the option of using a Hotmail/MSN e-mail address, and do not receive your activation e-mail from us, please contact us via our helpdesk (under 'help' on the menu) and we'll manually activate your account.
We are working with Microsoft guideline's to try and resolve this problem as quickly as possible. Please remember that we take your privacy extremely seriously and we will never share or use your e-mail address to send you unwanted e-mails.
